This white clapboard clad cape overlooks beautiful scenic farmland in rural Bedford, NH. It was designed to take full advantage of the of the site, while providing an elegant, casual, functional, and bright living environment for its owners.

The bold exterior is classically inspired yet has many unique features including a curved roof extension supported by arched brackets at the front porch.  The same detailing is carried to the private side porch leading to a patio.

An entry hall with brick floor and French glass doors leads into a dramatic chefs Kitchen with a full wall of windows to the private rear landscape. A Dutch door leads to the private side porch and patio

The sunken Family Room with fireplace and coffered ceiling has incredible pastural views thru an impressive window. . A sunny stair leads to a cozy Loft and Bedrooms upstairs.

JAD Design Group Inc received an award from the AIBD “American Residential Design Awards” in 2015 for this design. It has also been published in NH Home Magazine.
